Vision. Mission. Values
Leadership.
To always be better than the competition. To be the leader in all societies you work in. To lead by example through embodying core values, and thereby to contribute to awareness of the Northway mark. To think globally, and operate locally. Each of us can be a leader – it just takes desire and resolve. We are each leaders because we work for a leading company.
Strategic discipline.
To think and to act strategically – both worldwide and locally. To look as a whole and to rely on the long-term vision. We are sure that any qualitatively executed work contributes to success of the whole enterprise.
Openness to changes.
To turn challenges into possibilities. To be fast and flexible, open and sociable. We take the ideas of our colleagues, listen to them and create an atmosphere full of openness and trust.
Creativity.
To acknowledge strategic innovations and creative thinking. To challenge status quo, to support the initiative. We are the team with people striving for common goals, who are supportive of each other.
Excellent Execution.
To make more and better, not to follow the principle «either – or». To open the way for professional self-development. We constantly strive to reach the best results.
