How to raise a complaint

Dear clients,

 All members of staff take complaints very seriuosly and try to ensure that all our clients are pleased with their experience of our service.

When patients complain, they are dealt with courteously, respect and promtly so that the matter is resolved as quickly as possible.

If you wish to complain ask for a Practice Manager or leave a written complaint at the reception or send it by post or write an e-mail to: vaiva.jakelyte@balticmedicalcentre.co.uk
