The doctors and staff at Baltic Medical Centre are devoted to providing high quality healthcare.

If you are unhappy with your care or staff member, you can make a complaint or a suggestion to improve our services.

You can raise your concern directly with a member of staff. Alternatively, you contact the Center’s Manager.  You can complain in writing or by email.
