Diana has over 20 years of experience in running medical centers and working as a general practitioner. She is a general manager of one of the largest private medical centres in Lithuania and the UK providing comprehensive medical services. Diana has a medical degree from Vilnius University.
With more than 10 years of experience in running various healthcare projects and medical practices, Vaiva is responsible for managing day to day operations of Northway Clinic and Baltic Medical Centre. She is the CQC Registered Manager and Nominated Individual, ensuring that all quality standards are met with a particular interest in patient safety, staff professionalism and compliance with strict local regulations. Vaiva has a master’s degree in Business Management and Administration and fluently speaks three languages.
Aaron is an innovative professional with 16+ years combined managerial, sales and marketing experience, including 10 years running a successful cross-border healthcare start-up. He is responsible for the development of patient services, marketing and ensuring that our patients receive the best customer care. One of Aaron’s primary roles is to make sure that Northway Clinic remains at the forefront of innovative clinical treatments and methods. He has a degree in Business Administration and fluently speaks three languages.
Dr Thomas Oxenham is an accomplished general practitioner who works both privately at Northway Clinic, and also within the NHS at an award winning large North London practice. He has over 15 years postgraduate experience as a doctor after gaining his primary medical degree from one of world’s leading medical schools, University College London.
